Linda Caller – Company Director

Helios Collective Ambassador Linda Caller

Linda Caller has worked as a business and creative problem-solving facilitator since 2000, helping companies to focus on issues, identify solutions, and make rapid improvements. Her work includes business, brand, strategy, communication, sustainability, and team-building facilitation. Whether working with international boards or executive teams, Linda has managed projects for multinationals, such as Bacardi and Unilever, and pro bono clients, such as Journey to Justice and Richard House.

For fifteen years, Linda was both a member of the board of Ogilvy & Mather in the UK and its International Planning Director. Her responsibilities focussed on brand-strategy planning for international accounts, including American Express, Guinness, Shell, and Unilever; strategic planning for Ogilvy worldwide; and opening new O&M offices in central and eastern Europe. Linda is an external member of the marketing communications committee for The Courtauld Institute, advising on strategy for both the university and the gallery.

Linda trained in facilitation in the USA, studying with The Baron Group and the Creative Problem Solving Institute at the University of Buffalo. Linda was a member of an international group that brought creative problem-solving ideas to Europe from America, and she has contributed to numerous conferences and training events worldwide. She is also a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Brand Management. At the last count, Linda had visited seventy-five countries and worked in most of them.

Linda cites opera as her favourite hobby, attending as many performances as she can. Linda likes nothing more than to talk about opera and its potential.

Coram Williams – Company Director

Coram Williams began his career at Autocar magazine, working as a news reporter and road tester. Having joined Pearson in 2003, Coram has held a number of senior positions within the company, including Finance and Operations Director for Pearson’s English Language Teaching business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa; Interim President of Pearson Education Italia; and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Coram became CFO of The Penguin Group in 2008 and CFO of Penguin Random House in 2013. A graduate of Christ Church, Oxford, Coram also holds an MBA from the London Business School.
