We charge £50 (plus VAT) for information requests and require users to prove their identity with 2 pieces of approved identification. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information on our files.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to any changes, please do not continue to use our website to submit personal information to us. If material changes are made to the Privacy Policy, we will notify users by highlighting the changes on the front page of the website for a period of at least one week.
